Enjoy a Spooktacular 5th Quarter with YLink on Friday!

The Clay Center Community High School Chapter of the Youth Leaders in Kansas will be hosting the Fifth Quarter on Friday, October 22nd from 9:00 to 11:00 pm at Common Ground on Fifth Street in Clay Center. The theme

for the evening is “BOO”ze and Drugs are Scary…Just Say No!.”


This event will include a Street Dance on Fifth Street and many fun drug and alcohol-free activities inside Common Ground. Students will also work to create “Boo Pops” for their booth at the upcoming Halloween howl. Inspirational temporary tattoos and a short program on positive choices will help carry forward the mission of the group to provide safe, drug and alcohol-free activities that promote positive choices and positive self-worth in the kids of our community.


This event is sponsored by Common Ground Ministries, The Clay Counts Coalition, Pizza Hut, United Bank and Trust, and the Kansas Department of Aging and Disability Services.
