Clay County Energy Bill Assistance Programs

This winter has been tough on our monthly energy bills! Did you know that Clay County families can apply for help with these bills?

Here is a link to the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP). Qualifying households must not exceed 150% of federal poverty guidelines. Deadline to apply is March 31st, 2025.

Here is a link to the Salvation Army “Share the Warmth” application. This will apply to your Kansas Gas bill. See their website for income guidelines and more details.
